Yoga at the Flower Farm
Move a little, breathe a lot.
Join us for an all-levels class is designed to help you slow down, move with intention, and reconnect to your body and breath and the earth around you. We’ll flow through a sequence of feel-good poses at a steady, unhurried pace - pausing to stretch, breathe, and settle into each shape along the way.
Expect mindful movement, longer holds, and plenty of space to tune in, let go, and just feel good in your body.
Perfect for all experience levels, whether you are brand new to yoga or just craving a slower, more grounding practice.
After our grounding yoga experience you will get the chance to create your own floral bouquet of fresh picked flowers to take with you.
