Coming Home to Self is a self-guided immersion designed to help you reconnect with your most authentic self.
Through the lens of the chakras - and the truth underneath them - you’ll explore the ways your energy has been blocked, scattered, or silenced, and begin to come home layer by layer.
You’ll move through foundational themes like:
Rebuilding internal safety and self-trust
Honoring your needs, desires, and boundaries
Listening to your body’s wisdom and intuition
Expressing yourself without apology
Deepening your connection to your soul and spiritual self
Each week includes guided teachings, meditations, chakra exploration, embodiment rituals, journaling prompts, and space to reflect and rise.

Why This Work Matters
Coming Home to Self was born in a moment of deep clarity. I created the first version of this program after rereading Women Who Run with the Wolves and realizing how far I’d strayed from my own truth. I built it quickly, from a place of alignment - but then I hesitated. I doubted myself. I wondered if anyone would show up.
So I let it sit. I let it breathe.
And when I came back to it, I came back with even more depth, refinement, and clarity.
This isn’t just a program I created. It’s a journey I’ve taken. It’s one I return to again and again, each time uncovering something new. I’ve piloted it, listened deeply, and restructured it to meet you where you are - not with pressure, but with presence.
